Refund Policy
When you buy our products, your purchase is covered by a Refund Policy, given the Order is still not processed.

To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 24 hours of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided if the Orders are already dispatched. The Refunds take minimum of 20 working days as per the Bank
Systems and the Payment Gateway.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
All Government Taxes are charged additionally and will be levied as per the charges prevalent during the time of stay.
Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
The management reserves its right to change, amend, add or delete any of its policies without prior notice. Such changes will be treated as final and binding.
There will be charge for Cancellation after 7 days of confirmation received. AMENDMENT/CANCELLATION 07 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL CHARGE, 50% OF FULL AMOUNT
• cancellations due to the Guest(s) diagnosed/ suffering from Covid, will be eligible for 100% CREDIT (subject to verification of the covid report). This credit will be valid for a duration of 3 months with only 1 change of date permitted. All Bookings are transferable unless mentioned otherwise at the time of booking. In addition to the above, the Ayurvedgram reserves the right to charge a retention charge for any amendments.
